The bottle size has a great influence on the taste quality. The same cuvée tastes even more harmonious from the magnum bottle than from the 0.75 bottle and matures and develops significantly better the larger the bottle is. Szigeti Sektkellerei is the only winery in Austria to fill and ferment large bottles from 1.5 liters to 15 liters according to the "Méthode Traditionnelle".
