Find out what the shaking is all about, what the Méthode Traditionelle means, how bottles are disgorged, and why only the right dosage adds perfection to sparkling wine.

Our guided tours (groups of 6 to 60 persons) take place by appointment only: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 3 pm, Saturdays from April – October 9.30 am to 12 noon (Saturday cellar tour at 10 am). From November – March please make a telephone reservation in advance. The “Piccolo Package” includes a cellar tour with 3 tastings and costs € 10.00 per person. The “Magnum Package” includes 6 tastings and costs € 14.00 per person. You may also order canapés (minimum quantity: 30) in advance at an additional charge.
