On the occasion of the Klimt year 2012, we present our Special Edition “Adele”. She has been created for Café Sabarsky in Ronald Lauder’s New Gallery in New York. For the past 10 years, visitors could admire Gustav Klimt’s famous painting at the museum.

Bright gold and a vibrant perlage make it an elegant Blanc de Blancs Brut Vintage 2009. Its bouquet charms with fresh, creamy apple and peach aromas which are accompanied by a touch of pineapple and freshly sliced mango. Dry on the palate, it stimulates with vibrant style and traces of crunchy apple over ripe, juicy peaches and mango. The fine, well-integrated acidity adds strength and emphasizes the intensive fruity aromas which culminate in a clear, crisp apple finish.
