Where can I purchase Szigeti sparkling wine?

Have a look at the menu item Retailers – it provides you with a detailed list of shops and partners. Additionally, you can purchase our products directly from our cellars (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 5 pm as well as on Saturdays from 9 am to 12 noon) or via our Online Shop.

 

How much are the shipping costs if I purchase online?

How will my order be dispatched?

Goods ordered/purchased will be shipped via DPD Weinlogistik.

 

How long does it take to dispatch the goods I have ordered?

Normally, we will dispatch your order on the next working day. In Austria, deliveries are usually made within one day.

 

Can I trace my shipment online?

No, unfortunately this service is not available.

 

Can I return goods if I am not satisfied?

No, for logistical reasons, we unfortunately cannot take back goods that have already been shipped and/or delivered to you.

 

Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently, we only deliver within Austria. For customs reasons and regulations, we only deliver to other countries via our partners and retailers.

 

Which payment methods to you accept?

Mastercard, Visa, Diners, Amex, Maestro, direct payments as well as Paypal.

 

Can I also order Szigeti products by cash on delivery?

No, for logistical reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept orders made by cash on delivery.
